Banqueting / Function Manager required for upmarket venue in Midrand. Main duties include managing the complete function department as well as staff management and customer relations. Looking for individuals who have 3+ years banqueting and function management experience. The suitable candidate will be passionate about planning events of any size. Must be a team player and must have the ability to liaise with all the different departments within the venue. Strong F&B management knowledge essential. Applicants must have the ability to run/coordinate multiple functions at the same time. Will only consider candidates who are fully computer literate and has their own car. This role require the individual to both plan and manage functions, thus the hours include evening and weekend shifts. This is not a day job. Off day will be in the week.
