Company in Centurion Highveld is currently looking for Call Centre Agents to join their team.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Matric
  • Clear criminal and ITC record
  • Computer Literacy – MS Office: Work, Excel, Outlook.
  • Basic Life Support Qualification
  • English and Afrikaans (FLUENT)
  • EE Candidates will receive preference
  • Minimum 5 year working experience
  • Within a Call Centre environment
  • Administrative or structured environment with customer interaction.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Main Activities:


  • To answer all incoming calls within SLA’s
  • To capture all calls on relevant systems according to policies and procedures
  • Manage all cases professionally and efficiently within the correct time frames
  • To assist with all client queries and requests

Clear Knowledge and understanding of policy wording, systems, processes and procedures
