A Mobile Telco Product Company is seeking a Mobile Store Supervisor to join their national distribution footprint, consisting of Retailers, Wholesalers, Formal and Informal Traders, Associations & Unions as well as Digital Communities, to be able to aptly ensure the efficient and effective distribution of Prepaid Products and Services timeously.

Job Description:

  • Responsible to drive and influence achievement of targets through effective leadership and support
  • Drive sales targets through support and coaching of team
  • Responsible for developing and administering training plans to support Activation Services needs based on reporting metrics and relative special projects
  • Manage inventory and stock including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales
  • Responsible for the Operations of the Mobile trailer and the movement of the mobile trailer
  • Responsible for all equipment within the mobile trailer
  • Ensuring all cash-ups are done accurately and on time
  • Responsible for ensuring all cash is secured and banked as soon as possible
  • Providing sales reports daily to management
  • Take full responsibility for performance of all direct reports, motivating and managing them in relation to quality standards and agreed benchmarks and objectives, focusing on all aspects of sound people management:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric
  • Relevant post graduate qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 1 year’s sales experience as a Team Lead
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • In-depth knowledge of the mobile industry, with an understanding of all networks pricing policies and value ads
  • Having an accurate understanding of the Telecoms product offerings

 

Skills and Knowledge

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Must be detail orientated
  • Able to evaluate problems, investigate issues and create innovation
