Our client based in Airport Industria is requiring your excellent organisation skills with some finance background being highly advantageous.
Matric, own transport and driver’s license essential
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PA and administration role
Good financial acumen with strong excel skills
Some financial background will be advantageous
Excellent organisation skills
Positive attitude, independent worker and self-starter
Enthusiastic, flexible with ability to manage any changes in working environment
Personal Assistant to the CEO
Liaison with Associates and Clients on behalf of the CEO
Organisation of daily events and requirements
Booking of meetings and venues where required
Provide all secretarial, administrative and support duties
Managing a methodical administration workflow operation suited to the CEO
Managing excel spread sheets using formulas and updating of information requirements
Typing of documentation
Assisting with the HR admin Portfolio
Assisting other Managers within the team when required
General ad-hoc assistance including any personal errands required by the CEO
SALARY: R20k dependent on experience
