Matric, tertiary education highly advantageous
Well-spoken in English and Afrikaans
Good computer literacy skills in Word, Outlook and Excel
Accurate typist and a head for figures
Well-groomed and presented
Ability to take ownership of duties
Answer the telephone efficiently and politely
Make up contract folders
Manage Repairs documents
Screen emails and bring to the relevant persons attention
Setup, cancel and rescheduling of various appointments
Capturing of data into the companies Job Costing system program
Compile and manage Health and Safety files
Ensure company is compliant in terms of OHS requirements
Complete workmen compensation forms
Keep various employee data bases up to date.
Any Ad-hoc duties required within the various department
Salary: R6500 – 7500 dependent on experience
