Sage 300 People Payroll Administrators 10 views

Red Ember is currently recruiting Sage 300 People Payroll Administrators for various projects at various levels. 
The successful candidates will have experience in the following but not limited to:

Preparing and collecting input data

Add newly appointed employees and terminate employees

Payroll Input:

  • Earnings/ deduction input (Normal hours, overtime, loans, garnishee etc)
  • Link methods for pension or medical aid deduction on new employees/ changes
  • Modify employee fixed information
  • Process increases/ bonusses
  • Leave processing
  • Working with the leave module, equity and skills

Print standard reports on Sage 300 People

Reconciliations and payments to external parties: Paye, skills and UIF as well as All third party payments as to the medical aid, provident fund, loans and garnishees

Payments to employees: ACB transfers and working with Batches

Handling all payroll queries

Payments with all external parties

Communications with external parties

Using info slips
